Typically you will provide information on the Web Site when you submit your Name and email address to receive a free business report and or when you join the Travel Business Academy as a new member.
* Automatic Information: We use Wishlist Member a 3rd party software to provide you with access to the Travel Business Academy our member ship based product. This software is stored on our server.
* Information Use: We use information for personal identification; to respond to your requests for purchases, comments, or questions; to improve your experience at the Web Site; to collect aggregated site-visitation statistics; and to alert you to product enhancements, special offers, updated information, and other new services from us. We also use information to alert you of subscriber ship renewal updates, discounts and to automatically renew your subscriber ship and advise you of upcoming service offerings and events.
We do NOT intend to disclose information to third parties, yet we reserve the right to; disclose information to third parties, including selling or disclosing customer lists to commercial or charitable users thereof. Disclosure for such purposes is limited to your name, address, phone, email addresses and web site. To enable us to process your request, please include your name and address. Once properly notified, we will remove your name from the lists and disclosures as soon as we practicably can in the course of normal business practices.
When you submit your Name and email address for a free business report we add your information to our email database list. We will contact you through email to tell you about the Travel Business Academy membership, to send you free reports, to send you information about the travel business and travel industry and to inform you of 3 rd party products that may help you or your business. At any time you can be removed from our email subscriber list by sending us an email or clicking on the “Remove” link at the end of every email we send. You may also call us directly at 207-460-0740 to be removed from the subscriber list.
When you order any products or services from us, we use PayPal and ClickBank or a third party to process all credit card orders. You do not enter or transmit any credit card information on our web site. All payments you make are made through PayPal or ClickBank. When you click a “buy” button for any of our services you will be redirected to PayPal or ClickBank to make the transaction. After you make the transaction you will be automatically routed back to the web site.
Any user questions or comments submitted to us may become available in the public sections of the Web Site, our Forum, or emails we sent out to subscribers. If we publicize any user questions, such questions will not contain facts that identify the user or the specific parties involved. We also reserve the right to use any user comments submitted to us for promotional purposes and by submitting such comments to us you agree that we may do so.
We may release any user information if required to comply with law; to enforce or to apply the Web Site Terms and Conditions; or under the good faith belief that disclosure is otherwise necessary or advisable including, without limitation, to protect the rights, properties, or safety of us or our users.
